I gutted my home and Coram helped make my dream a reality. It was an ugly duckling that they turned into a swan. Coram replaced everything: subfloors, drywall, plumbing, electric, heating and air conditioning, cabinets, flooring, windows, doors, etc. From start to finish they were professional, detail focused, responsive, and offered cost alternatives (always looking out for me which in turn saved me money). They have integrity and take great pride in their workmanship. I recommend them highly!

They are responsive, efficient, trustworthy, and do amazing work. We had our kitchen remodeled and they stuck to their timeline, quoted price, and were in communication with me almost on the daily. As things came up (as they inevitably do) I was given options, told how much it would cost, and issues were taken care of promptly. All their subcontractors were professional, hard-working, and cleaned up after their day of work. I appreciated them listening to our suggestions/ideas as well as giving us their ideas without pressure or judgement. We were thrilled to have Coram complete our kitchen and we already are talking about our next project! Many thanks to this amazing team; we are so grateful.

I do not hesitate singing Coram's praises and recommending them to my friends and family. They are a trustworthy company with reliable team members. Everyone goes into remodel projects anticipating huge obstacles and delayed timelines. However, that was not the case for us. Michael and his team were incredibly attentive, responsive, and just an overall easy crew to work with. If you are looking for a team that's going to work with you, provide any input you need/want, and give you peace of mind during the whole process, I would look no further and go with Coram Design Center.

We've now had Coram involved with 2 bathroom remodels and a renovation of our primary bedroom

The staff are courteous, very hard working, capable and knowledgeable.  Our lead, Sean, was onsite every day that we had crew in the house, checked in on progress, was flexible when changes were needed and oversaw all inspections.  He also attended to punch list items in an ongoing fashion, which meant to me that the job was carefully managed.

 Our first bathroom remodel was estimated at 6-8 weeks and they finished in 5 weeks (2019).  This remodel (January 2021) was scheduled for 8-10 weeks and due to source delays (windows, lighting) and an ever changing scope of work (that's on me!!) we ended up with a 9 week project - this is an awesome track record.

 We have a big remodel planned for kitchen, dining, living and family room later this year/early 2022 and are a bit worried that Coram will be too popular to make time for us because we are referring everyone to them!  

 We have loved working with Coram and will always use their services when we need reno work.

We approached our full house reno with trepidation; heard lots of stories about other projects gone wrong. We selected Coram after meeting with lots of GCs, and they delivered exactly as promised. Pricing was competitive and transparent, timeline as discussed, top quality workmanship. Upon signing contract, we immediately were put into a group text with Michael, Shawn, and David. These guys are a great team...we got as much advice as we needed, from selecting materials, along with coaching on prepurchasing appliances before starting demo, to frequent and very responsive communication from David, our project manager, and from Jason who also supervised the work. We lived onsite during part of the project and their crew were super accommodating of us and did terrific work. Even the vendors that Coram referred for window treatments and glass were of the same standards. They all handled our many nitpicky questions and little details very well, which we appreciated. All our neighbors have asked about them, and we would gladly recommend Coram for home renovation projects. We love our new kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, living room, family room, office, lighting, floors, electrical...all done on budget and on time. When we've expressed our appreciation of their work, David has simply responded that they just want to do a good job...but from my end, their professionalism and pride in quality has made our home renovation experience one that met and even exceeded my high expectations. This is an outstanding business and team.

After 2 years and 4 contractors, (long story) I decided that I would be my own contractor on my extensive remodel project. We were completely remodeling and upgrading the kitchen, family room and laundry room. We were also adding hardwood flooring to the entire house. I went up to Coram Design to simply see a sample of the flooring we wanted, as they were the closest rep for the brand we were looking for. After talking with them, I asked if they might be interested in giving me an estimate for my project. Moving 4 months later to today....I can't believe how lucky we were to find Michael, Shawn and the entire crew that created exactly what I wanted. Coram Design flips the script on every bad story about construction that I ever heard. They kept me up to date, they were always on time, and were incredibly kind and accommodating to all our questions. They were true to their cost estimates and we actually had a few things added because I was so impressed with the quality of their work. I have recommended at least 3-4 of our good friends to contact Coram Design for their remodeling projects and I have no doubt that if anyone reading this is looking for a project to run smoothly, with no hassles and no attitude....Coram Design is exactly what you're looking for. By the way....this was all while we were going through the Covid-19 drama. Everyone masked up, and they always asked if I was comfortable with anything that might be related to the virus. It looks even better than I imagined. My friends/family can't believe the transformation from where we started. And Michael's team was responsive and answered all of our questions along the way. Highly recommend!

From start to finish, the crew exceeded my expectations. The job was completed on time and they went above and beyond by offering design improvements and making sure that I'm happy with the results.

Coram Design did an incredible job remodeling our bathrooms

Michael worked with us on every step of the process - we always knew exactly where we were on the construction schedule and the budget. There were no surprises, the work was done well, on time, and on budget. We appreciated how Michael worked with us when the delivery of a bathtub was delayed due to manufacturer error. The workers were professional, kept everything clean, and did excellent work. We would definitely work with Coram Design on future projects and cannot recommend them highly enough.
